We understand that sometimes even the most carefully selected gear – whether it’s a Full-Suspension mountain bike or 27.5-Inch/650B Wheel – might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Product name (e.g., “29-Inch Wheel (29ers)”)
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
2. Prepare Your Package
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. For Fat Bikes or Plus Size equipment, ensure proper padding to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days for processing (plus your bank’s processing time)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Exchanges: Processed within 2 business days after return approval
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Helmets (after removal of tags or signs of wear)
- Custom-built bikes (e.g., special configuration Full-Suspension models)
- Used or damaged equipment (including Dirt Jump gear with signs of use)
